1. Are your artists graduates?
Yes. All our artists have university degrees in Fine Art and at least five years post graduation experience in oil painting on a daily basis. As well as experienced original and reproduction artists, we have specialist oil portrait painters who can turn your photos into an exquisite oil painting. They use traditional techniques using Windsor & Newton permanent oil paint. Don’t be fooled by poor substitutes that use cheap, dull Chinese paint that will crack and discolor within a year.
2.Can order a painting not in your catalog or in a non-standard size?
Yes, just click on Commission Order and fill in the details. You’ll get a quote back within 48 hours.
3. How long does it take to paint my oil painting?
About 3-5 weeks to paint and dry the oil painting, depending upon the difficultly of the painting and the thickness of the paint. If you buy an in stock oil painting it can be on your wall in about 4 days.
4. Why are your paintings so much cheaper than others I’ve seen on the web?
When you buy from us, you’re buying directly from our studio in low cost Thailand. So you benefit from no middlemen inflating the price as they add their commission to the price you pay. They may try to make you believe that their quality is better, don’t be taken in by this deception as many of them buy their low quality paintings in Asia and add up to much 500% to the price you pay. We guarantee that our quality is at least the same as much higher priced oil painting reproductions and we back this claim up with a 30-day full refund policy – that’s our promise to you.
5. Do you sell stretchers and frames?
Yes, you can choose from a wide selection of frames at reasonable cost. In fact, it can work out cheaper to buy a framed painting from us than buying from your local framer - even after adding the cost of air freight.
6. How can I buy?
You can pay by credit card online using our bank’s secure server – your details are kept secret even from us! Wholesalers have the option of paying by credit card, check or letter of credit.
7. I’ve never bought from Thailand before. Is it safe?
Yes, it’s certainly easy and safe to buy from us. We’ve a reliable track record and have sold over 20 000 oil paintings to customers from around the world. They come back and buy from us again because we’re passionate about customer care and have the most competitive prices in the industry. We’ve sold to wholesalers, galleries, interior designers, hotels and individuals.

8. How will you send me my oil painting?
We send the oil painting rolled up in a strong, poster tube by air mail (7-10 days). Wholesalers have the further option of ocean freight.
9. Do I have to pay import tax and customs duties?
For small orders of a few paintings, customers in the USA, Canada and the EU do not usually pay tax or duty. For large wholesale orders, importers need to check with your local Customs Office as you may be liable for VAT (EU reduced rate of 5%)
10. Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, if you are not totally satisfied with your oil painting, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (sorry but we don’t refund your return shipping costs).
11. Is my personal data kept secure?
Yes, we will never resell it or make it available to others. Not ever.
